Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), payments, and staff claims to ensure compliance with SOPs for transactional finance tasks performed by the Shared Service Centre.
Prepare various financial reports and analyses.
Assist with month-end closing activities, reporting, and preparation of audit and tax schedules.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Fast learner with a positive working attitude.
Preferably Chinese female candidates.
Must possess own transport.
