Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or a relevant professional qualification, or at least 2 years of working experience.
Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
Strong analytical skills and a fast learner.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to liaise with customers or suppliers in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (Autocount).
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Assist the Account Manager in checking that all data entries for AP & AR are correctly updated in the accounting system.
Prepare and update Payment Vouchers, Journal Ledgers, and other related ledgers.
Prepare monthly closing stock analysis reports and update them in the accounting system.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in accordance with standard requirements.
Carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
