- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or LCCI.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prefer bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (written and spoken); Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role.
- A team player with a mature personality, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- High integrity, positive working attitude, and result-oriented.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organized, Aggressive, Dedicated, and Committed to work.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and financial analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain and update the company's accounting records and systems.
- Perform banking tasks, handle daily cheque issuance, and collections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager as required.
