Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or LCCI.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prefer bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (written and spoken); Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role.
• A team player with a mature personality, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High integrity, positive working attitude, and result-oriented.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-organized, Aggressive, Dedicated, and Committed to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and financial analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain and update the company's accounting records and systems.
• Perform banking tasks, handle daily cheque issuance, and collections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager as required.
