1. Minimum 1 year working experience in Building Management Office
2. Able to work independently without guidance
3. Able to work as a team
4. At times need to travel to sites
5. Compulsory have handled Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
6. Familiar with Bank Reconciliation
8. Holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
7. 5 Days work
8. OT is given if eligible
9. Bonus and annual increment subject to company performance
10. able to work as a team
11. Must have Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
