Handling daily account payable and reconciliation matters (Assist to prepare purchase order, payment & other documentations.)
Handling daily account receivable and reconciliation matters (Assist to prepare quotation, invoices and delivery and other documentation)
Maintain fixed assets register. ? Monthly claim processing.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
Monitor account transactions, checking, verification and follow up the outstanding payment independently.
To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required..
Requirement:
Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting /Finance or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : Computer literate (SQL Accounting, ERP system, Microsoft Excel andWord etc)
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh
Graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English and Malays, both written and oral.
Team player with a positive attitude, good personality and communication skills.
Eye for details and accuracy with able to work under minimum supervision.
Good prioritization and time management.
Willing to learn and self-motivated to keep improving, ability to multi-task.
