You will be responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures, have a flair for numbers and manage the day to day accounting functions run accurately and effectively. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare the general entries and maintain the monthly general ledger.
  • Assisting with preparation of financial statement and analysing the monthly financial results.
  • To perform daily accounting operations, handling full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, and statements of accounts.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Perform reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts for production of financial
  • Statements and management reports in accordance to Malaysian accounting standards.
  • Ensure all debtors and creditors dues obligations are being enforced in accordance to the agreed credit terms set forth.
  • Prepare tax reports and any other statutory reports for compliance purposes.
  • Ensure all payable and receivable invoices and transactions are captured in the accounting system timely and accurately.
  • Administer documentation for invoicing, statements of accounts, receipts and maintain a proper filing system for accounting records.
  • Liaise with external and internal parties on accounting related matters including auditors, tax agent, company secretary and government authorities. Handle accounts related queries, requests and feedback in a timely manner and professionally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related accounting functions is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. \xc2\xb7 Preferably candidate who are familiar with SQL System. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of accounting standard and internal control policy & procedure and computer literate. \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate well with all levels with initiative and hardworking. \xc2\xb7 Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Have a high work ethic with regards to confidential information and be trustworthy. REMUNERATION & BENEFITS RM3,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM5,000 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification) + Commission / Incentive.
