Job Description
The Accounts Executive is expected to handle financial transactions, preparing reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role also involves client and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Scope:
Process and reconcile daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. Handle vendor inquiries, process invoices, and manage payment schedules. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Perform monthly stock take. Perform other ad-hoc finance tasks assigned.
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills / Knowledge
:Possesses a Diploma, Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing and/or retails environment. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to details and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
