Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including accounts receivable and payable.
Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
Handle payroll processing, including statutory contributions and submissions (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Provide assistance in preparing tax submissions, financial reports, analysis, and other related reports.
Support audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and records; liaise with auditors, bankers, or other statutory bodies when required.
Maintain compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
Handle finance-related administrative tasks and provide support to office administration when needed.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
Proficient in both English and Malay, written and spoken.
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
Willing to work in Semenyih.
