Job Description

We are seeking a

responsible Accounts Executive

to handle the full set of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our Group of Companies.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the

full set of accounts,

including GL, AP, AR, and intercompany transactions. Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. Prepare and process supplier payments, staff claims, and bank transfers on time. Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany balances. Work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely invoicing, accurate costing, and proper documentation. Monitor and analyze customer and supplier accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances. Perform monthly collection follow-ups with customers to ensure healthy group cash flow. Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial data and reports. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and the company secretary to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. Lead, guide, and support junior accounts staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency. Perform other finance, costing, and administrative assignments as directed by management.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience Meticulous, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
