to manage full-spectrum accounting functions -- from payables and receivables to monthly closing and reporting -- while contributing to our financial integrity and long-term sustainability.

What You'll Be Doing:

Other Responsibilities:

Assist in month-end closing

activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Support the preparation and processing of sales invoices (Accounts Receivable)

, ensuring proper and timely data entry.

Assist in recording purchase invoices (Accounts Payable)

accurately and promptly, maintaining consistency and compliance.

Help with monthly reconciliation tasks

, including matching invoices with payments and identifying any variances.

Provide support in General Ledger (GL) maintenance

, including data entry, verification, and adjustments under supervision.

Assist in preparing journal entries

, accruals, and prepayments as part of the month-end process.

Support the preparation of financial statements

such as profit and loss reports and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

CAT / Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent

Fresh graduate or preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting position. Strong in

financial reporting

and

monthly closing processes

Good command of

analytical and mathematical skills

Meticulous with excellent

time management

and organizational skills Independent, responsible, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English
