POSITION - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - SENTOSA, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-5000
Job Responsibilities
To handle full set accounts and reporting matters
To generate payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal voucher
Perform daily accounting operations
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerised accounting system
Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
Liaise with team members for ensuring proper recording of information & financial data
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on related issues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
At least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge and experience in using SQL accounting software system will be added advantages
Positive working attitude and able to work in team
Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
