Accounts Executive

Handle full set of active companies' accounts
Perform bank account daily and monthly reconciliation
Preparing relevant financial analysis schedule to assist superior in analyzing financial performance
Meet monthly reporting timetable due dates
Timely and accurately preparation of Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assist in timely collection and smooth payment process
Travel and expenses processing
Assist in audit process
Product costing will be an added advantage
Any other duties as assigned from time to time
About the Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 years related working experience preferably in manufacturing/trading sector
Audit experience is an added advantage
Self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Committed, high sense of responsibilities and able to work independently with tight deadlines
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Remuneration Packages
Attractive salary package from
RM3,000 - RM5,000
, depending on qualification and experiences.
