Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with Company's policies and accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Accounts Payable -

Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner with verified all supporting documents and authorised approval from other departments. Reconciliation with suppliers.

Accounts Receivable -

Ensure all collection tally with daily sales report from outlets are processed and recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner within a time frame set.

Other ad-hoc tasks

as and when required. Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least LCCI 3rd level/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Possess knowledge and well versed in

MS Excel

. Well-versed in

Accounting (Preferred SQL)

software will be advantageous. At least 1-3 years of working experience Experience in the

manufacturing/ E-commerce retail

industry would be an added advantage. Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment, has a good sense of responsibility, detailed with intermediate problem-solving skills and independently with minimum supervision. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Work closely with other teams within the organization.
