Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in handling daily accounting entries such as invoices, payments, and receipts. Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports. Perform bank reconciliation and update accounting records accurately. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Assist in preparing SST submission and other statutory documents. Provide administrative support to the accounts team when required.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Experience in using accounting systems (e.g. AutoCount or SQL) is preferable. Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
