Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and monthly reconciliations.
Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required.
Assist in preparation of SST (Sales & Service Tax) submissions or other statutory reports.
Support ad-hoc tasks and accounting projects assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5years relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered depending on role).
Knowledge of accounting standards and basic tax/SST requirements.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
