Responsibilities:

Prepare & ensure accuracy of data entries for AR,AP & journal entries for dormant companies.
Issuance of MISC. Debit Notes.
Key in journal entries for all active companies.
Prepare the data entries meet the requirements of Financial Reporting Division.
Preparation of Finance reports.
Preparation of profit recognition reports.
Preparation of inter-company reconciliations.
Updates of Console Income Statement.
Preparation of variance reports (Budget vs Actual).
Fixed asset management.
Credit control management.
Attend to audit & tax matters.
Filing & storage management.
Prepare of ad-hoc or analysis reports.
Computation of property inventory costs upon completion.
Maintain of accounts including AP, AR, CM, DN, CN and General Ledger.
To update cash book and do reconciliation for Bank statement with e-Banking system.
To update the monthly tax installment of the group to ensure no delay of the payment.
To carry out other job assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or any higher or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Ability to handle the accounting system.
Good reporting and analytical skills.
Able to work in team and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively to & from subordinates and supervisor.
Good inter-personal skill.
