Handle full set accounts, including overseeing account payable, account receivables, fixed assets and general ledger functions.
Assisting with monthly and yearly closings, account analysis and supporting the Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of Account and Finance Department.
Responsible for
managing and monitoring the company's accounts receivable

timely collection of outstanding payments

evaluating customer creditworthiness
, and supporting overall cash flow management.
To maintain cash book to take into account all receipts and payments make out from operating accounts and produce bank reconciliation.
To make appropriate accruals and provisions in accordance with the relevant accounting standard.
Process payment, filing and updating AP transaction. Match invoices to PO/DO and process data entry into the computer system.
Liaise with auditors, tac agents, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
May manage and maintain petty cash.
Lead, mentor, manage and develop accounts assistant in your team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
Preferably with knowledge in accounting, finance, bookkeeping and proficient with Accounting ERP system.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills.
Good teamwork attitude. Leadership skills are an added advantage for career advancement.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
