Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare shipping reports & input data into accounting sytem \xe2\x80\xa2 To reconcile shipping reports with accounting ledger \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare invoices/debit notes \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in day to day accounting operations assigned by immediate supervisor \xe2\x80\xa2 To process documents in Accounts Receivables or Account Payables. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform reconciliation of accounts and other accounting functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform general accounting data entry work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation of payment vouchers and checking payment details as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle any ad-hoc functions and tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of Company Financial Statements & Financial Analysis as required for management decision making & control. (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow, Agency Fee Anaysis & etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating of Freight & Disbursement Reports & General Accounts for discharging agent\'s reporting responsibilities to various principals / liners \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all accounts and accounts practices comply to the law and/or general accounting standards.
