Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts and finance within the manufacturing sector. This position is critical in coordinating and ensuring the financial accounts of our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, build strong client/vendor relationships, and implement strategies that drive operational efficiency.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, MIA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in IT knowledge with advanced skills in Microsoft Office will be a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all client and vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
• Utilize the company system to maintain and analyze all accounting data, including managing the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate accounting reports.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare complete financial statements, performance reports, statutory filings, budgets, and other accounting and finance tasks promptly.
• Conduct reconciliations and verify that all financial records are correctly updated, balanced in the accounting system, and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Offer assistance in ad hoc projects when identified.
