Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma / LCCI Level in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent
• Preferably with 3 years working experience in Finance and Accounting department in the construction industry
• Open for senior position

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Knowledgeable in an Accounting Software (SQL will be an added advantage)
• Good communication skill, both oral and written

Tanggungjawab

:

• Able to prepare full set of accounts and understood applicable accounting principles in accordance with Malaysia Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS)
• To ensure proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory requirements
• To prepare accounts vouchers (payment, journal, etc)
• To reconcile sub-con and update sub-con ledger
• To ensure/monitor invoices are within purchase order amounts
• To ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadline
• To perform Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis
• To ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) are updated daily into system and all documents are properly filed
• To monitor and follow up with customers to ensure timeliness and effectiveness in collection and meeting collection targets
• To analyze customer payment pattern and trend
• To ensure month-end closing on Accounts Receivable are as scheduled
• To prepare debtor aging report, debtor statement and other reports as deemed necessary
• To prepare customer monthly sales invoicing and collection reports
• To work closely with the project department to resolve outstanding customer accounts for timely collection and to issue reminder letter and demand letter as and when required
• To perform debtor reconciliation
• To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required
