Job Description

Basic Functions :-

Handle full set of accounts (includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury) and various all other related matters of the assigned companies.

Duties & Responsibilities

:-

Ensure to maintain reports and required schedules/reconciliation (Perform bank reconciliation, system reconciliation etc). Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required. Ensure proper revenue recognition and provision. Invoicing, reconciliation, and aging monitoring. Ensure the monthly financial reports are prepared on an accurate and timely manner. Closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process. Liaise with various stakeholders within the finance department and other departments such as marketing, sales, respective business units etc, and external stakeholders. Assist in various accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, annual budget, and forecasts. Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.

Minimum Qualification

:-

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or similar Professional Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of full set accounts Familiar with accounting system - Xero would be an added advantage. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially excel skills) Excellent written and spoken English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
