We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Account Executive

to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. The ideal candidate has solid accounting experience, is familiar with audit processes, and can work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily issuance of credit notes. Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. Verify supplier invoices and ensure accuracy in financial records. Update depreciation, accruals, prepayments, and deposits. Maintain and update fixed asset registers. Calculate sales commissions and departmental incentives. Perform accurate filing and maintenance of accounting documents. Review and check order invoices for accuracy. Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions. Check and calculate TikTok sales.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years

of relevant experience in accounting; familiarity with account audits preferred.

Diploma or higher

in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

; experience with

AutoCount

is an advantage. Able to meet deadlines and work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job summary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
