Job Description

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform/Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.
• Liaise on matters involving invoicing, payment terms, and any financial discrepancies
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support operational decisions.
• Assist in year-end closing processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to management.
