Job Description


Job Summary:The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various departments. He/She will be reporting to Head of Department (Finance/HR).Key Responsibilities: * Financial Management:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
  • Process and monitor invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key financial data and trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Tax Management:
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including SST and income tax when necessary.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, e-HRMS).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
