ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Financial Management

Oversee full-set accounts (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets) and lead month/year-end closing. Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and track daily transactions. Prepare aging reports and manage follow-ups on outstanding receivables/payables.

Operations & Compliance

Process invoices, payments, staff claims, and petty cash efficiently. Maintain financial records and ensure audit-ready documentation. Collaborate with auditors by preparing schedules and resolving queries.

Process Optimization

Support the Finance Manager in projects, analysis, and reporting. Identify and implement enhancements to controls and accounting workflows.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:

Degree in

Accounting

, or a related field.

1-3

years experienced in

Accounts Payable

or in related position within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook, PowerPoint, and other financial software. Technologically adept and able to utilize computer skills for report creation, proposals, and recommendations. Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage deadlines. A proactive learner with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Required language(s):

English and Bahasa Malaysia
