Accounts & Finance Executive (Salary up to RM10,000)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor | Full-Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the organization's finance and accounting functions. This role involves overseeing reporting, project financing, compliance, and supporting internal operations. It offers hands-on exposure to the property development industry with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

Handle invoices, bills, receipts, and staff claims

Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow updates

Manage billings, collections, and tenant accounts

Finance & Project Financing

Plan and monitor cash flow and loan facilities (bridging loans, term loans, LC, BG)

Liaise with bankers on loan applications, disbursements, and approvals

Prepare financial performance reports and analysis

Compliance & Liaison

Work with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audits, tax matters, and annual filings

Liaise with government and local authorities for statutory reporting

Internal & Administrative Support

Coordinate with HR, purchasing, technical, and project departments

Maintain company documents and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

Mandatory: Experience in the property development industry

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Hands-on experience in full set of accounts or partial accounts

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is an advantage

Minimum 4 years experience in property industry

Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of accounting principles

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for banking, government, or property-related errands

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to RM10,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
