We are seeking an experienced Accounts & HR Executive to manage both finance and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth business processes.
What You'll Do:
Accounts & Finance:
Manage full set of accounts and monthly closing.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies.
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation (e.g., employment contracts, letters).
Administer payroll, leave records, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Support employee relations and company policy implementation.
Who We Want:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS) and MS Office.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
