This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Intern located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Account Intern will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting account management activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analyses, analyzing data, preparing client reports, and working closely with the accounts team to foster positive client relationships. The individual will also play a role in identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and perform financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Basic understanding of finance and account management principles
Experience or aptitude in customer service
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are advantageous
