Job Description
Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive
- To handle invoices, accounting data entry and collections including preparing Bank reconciliation.
- To be accountable for daily accounts recording.
- To handle account payables and account receivables.
- To maintain proper filing system and to ensure traceability of documents.
- To assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Dealing with company secretary such as prepare resolution, incorporation and dealing with SSM.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or related field and/or currently pursuing professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be added advantages.
- Good command of Microsoft Office\xe2\x84\xa2 tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
