Responsibilities

Assist in cash flow management by allocating, planning and monitoring funds to ensure efficient cash flow. Maintain a full set of accounts. Ensure data is entered into SQL Accounting system accurately. Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger. Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including monthly management report, P&L accounts. Assist to oversee & managing the full spectrum of day-to-day operations of the accounts department, ensuring proper reconciliations on a monthly basis. Supervise and monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable daily, monthly work, such as bank reconciliation, including to ensure accurate accounting double entry (debit & credit) and export from POS system, etc and ensure their work are completed on time and accurately. Responsible to check subordinate work such as - commission calculation is correct and submit commission report on time as per dateline. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and company secretary. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent or above. Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the related field is required. With experience in handle full set accounts. Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & have knowledge of POS System. Well Versed in Microsoft excel, google sheet.

Able to read , write & speak in Mandarin is an added advantage because need to liaise with China suppliers.

Strongly Understanding of double entries in accounting. Able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines. Have good leadership skills.
