About the Role
As an
Accounts Manager
at HURUF, you will be the key connector between our clients and internal teams. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and maintain high-quality standards. This role requires someone who is organized, firm, and proactive -- someone who can coordinate tasks, follow up with team members, and ensure everyone delivers what's needed.
You will also have the opportunity to attend events, build relationships, and spot potential business opportunities for future collaborations.

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's
in
Business, Marketing, Management, or Communications
is a
plus, not mandatory
Experience in
account management, project coordination, or client servicing
is preferred but not required
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
in English
Highly
organized

detail-oriented
, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Confident in
following up with internal teams
and ensuring accountability
Able to
build relationships
and manage client expectations professionally
Comfortable
attending client meetings, events, or presentations
when needed

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
to ensure deadlines are met
Follow up with team members
to make sure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
Address delays or quality issues proactively
and escalate when necessary
Maintain
clear project documentation and progress reports
Coordinate with clients
on requirements, timelines, and approvals
Identify and approach potential clients
for marketing and event solutions
Attend
networking events, meetings, and exhibitions
to represent HURUF and build partnerships
Collaborate with the
creative and marketing teams
to prepare proposals, decks, and presentations
Support
marketing and campaign initiatives
that help generate new business leads
Conduct
market research
and report on trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth
