Job Description
:
- Prepare full set of accounts for medium and large size of companies;
- Prepare supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes;
- Involve in full review on management accounts and supporting schedule prepared by Accounts Assistant;
- Review of chart of accounts and batch listing maintained by accounts assistant;
- Prepare SST return based on documents provided by client;
- Involve in payment processing by review of payment voucher and online payment;
- Monitor work progress of accounts assistant to ensure delivery of work;
- Provide guidance for accounts assistant to carry out their task;
- Prepare cover letter to highlight critical matters for client\xe2\x80\x99s attention;
- Involve in general administrative function such as review of incoming and outgoing document listing;of work.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of accounting and/or finance.
- Must be proficient in computerised accounting system (such as UBS/EMAS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
