Job Scope:
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including receivables management.
Verify and process sales invoices, reminder letters, and credit notes for the Accounts Receivable section; ensure accurate posting in the accounting system.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all related records.
Monitor and track collection status on a daily basis.
Prepare debtor aging reports and follow up on long-outstanding debts.
Compile, coordinate, and maintain the redemption listing.
Provide support for ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a positive working attitude.

Location: Mercu Aspire, KL Eco City (nearby Abdullah Hukum LRT station)
