Responsibilities: ? Day-to-day accounting operation entries. ? Cash book maintenance and bank reconciliations, fixed assets register and etc. ? Assist in month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports. ? Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. ? Assist in year-end closing and preparing the audit schedule where necessary. ? Filing and maintaining accounting records. ? To perform general administration and ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Requirements: ? Possess at least a Bachelor's / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications. ? At least 1 ? 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. ? Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. ? Detail-oriented and organized, with strong planning and prioritization abilities. ? Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. ? High integrity, ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. ? Well-versed in Microsoft Office and/or Autocount Accounting software ? Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin ? Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications ? Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
