Job Description

FINANCE ADMIN



1. Process quotations, invoices, sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and expense forms using Niagawan software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Perform SST (Sales and Services Tax) and Withholding Tax calculations based on current requirements.
3. Collect and maintain payment receipts in accordance with audit requirements.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, summaries, and analyses.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
7. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
8. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial procedures and efficiency.

OPERATIONS ADMIN



1. Oversee legal, regulatory, and compliance matters (e.g. contracts, agreements, SOPs).
2. Ensure all documentation, license renewals, policies, and records are well-organised and up to date.
3. Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office and events, including procurement of goods (claimable).
4. Manage office supplies, equipment, toiletries, tools, and administrative matters to ensure availability and functionality.
5. Coordinate cleaning staff schedules and maintain employee records.
6. Foster positive relationships among team members and departments.
7. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other official documents.
8. Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
10. Liaise with building management and vendors for facility maintenance and services.

EVENTS OPERATION / PROJECT MANAGEMENT / WOMEN & WEALTH WORKSHOP



1. Participate in events or workshops, whether in Klang Valley or outstation, on weekdays or weekends (replacement leave will be provided).
2. Call and follow up with each participant and potential enrollee to confirm registration and collect outstanding payments (if any).
3. Carry out any other tasks as advised and guided by the team to support the company's direction and objectives.
4. This list is non-exhaustive and may expand as required, upon mutual discussion and agreement by both parties.

Requirements



1. Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related fields
2. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
3. High attention to detail and responsibility with document handling
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Able to work both independently and in a team
6. Willingness to support events during weekends when needed (replacement leave provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
