Job Description



  • Fully in charge of accounting function / department of the company:
  • Responsible for preparation for the full set of accounts and performing month end closing in a timely manner
  • Perform general book keeping, AR/ AP/ GL functions
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor bank balances
  • Prepare payment voucher, cheque, sales invoice, delivery order, debit/ credit notes, journal entries and update accounting records
  • monitor cash flow
  • process payment for suppliers/ miscellaneous payment
  • prepare monthly report/ accounts etc
  • prepare annual financial report, prepare accounts schedule for audit purpose
  • Update accounting system and compiling records / documents for SST submission (if necessary)
2. Responsible for day to day operational matters and administrative duties for Accounts
department and the company
3. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and filing of the record
4. To laise with vendors/ food delivery platformsRequirements: * Minimum Diploma in LCCI or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts and administrative duties
  • Able to work independently
  • Computer literate with accounting software
  • Mandarin speaking preferrable due to nature of business
