Accounts Payable Accounts Exec | Up to 3.2K | Klang
- Industry: Material Handling Equipment Supplier
- Benefits: 5-day week, dental, bonus, coverage for hospitalization, surgical, PA, etc
- Processes daily incoming and outgoing payment according to instructions
- Process daily request from GL team, business and Customers Resolves discrepancies, if any, by communicating with business unit\xe2\x80\x99s contact person and with Team Lead or another AR team member if needed Substitutes Team members in case of absence if needed
- Supports team in posting of weekly payment proposals - data quality check
- Takes part of month end activities, general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations, Inter-company reconciliations
- Responsible of asset accounting tasks
- Contacts Customers for payment advices, via mail or by phone Other work-related duties may be assigned by management
- Follows the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) tasks in daily work
- Education Vocational education in finance and/or in accounting
- Minimum 2-years working experience in accounting
- Account Payable experience needed
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting processes Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Self-driven work attitude
- Ability for solving in systematic way
- Business and customer oriented
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Good understanding and experience in working with some ERP software (SAP, Navision, Axapta etc.)
