Your Job: The successful incumbent is involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Accounts Payable processes and functions. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring the reliability, performance and quality of the end-to-end Account Payable processing for both vendor and intercompany related transactions. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Checks and validates the accuracy of end-to-end processed transactions of third-party vendor invoices and intercompany related transactions Submit report of the monthly quality performances and provide proposal on preventive measurements and actions to bridge the gaps Involves in design of Accounts Payable monitoring metrics in compliance with audit quality standard Utilize quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level Provides feedback to processing Team Leaders and Managers in monthly review meeting Support back up plan and ad-hoc tasks. Support internal and external audit activities and work closely with Regional Controller team Responsibilities include issue resolution and engage in process improvement projects Coordinate and execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing accounts payable processes and improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems Ensuring execution of appropriate internal controls over the process Liaise and work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure all policies & procedures meet the relevant SOX control and legal requirements First escalation point for Invoice Processing operation for overall APAC Able to work in cross sub-processes team and lead the sub team as required Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting Field or Business Administration Degree with 5 to 6 years of AP experience with Internal Control background and demonstrated the ability to manage operational gaps General knowledge on quality management to ensure compliance in place Good command of verbal and written English Able to handle tight deadlines and work independently Strong in interpersonal and influencing skill to coordinate among the team In depth understanding of Accounts Payable operation and risks Detailed oriented, analytical, proactive, self-starter Desired Skills: Experienced in using SAP system Experienced in leading or supporting process improvement projects Experience in using Data Analytical tools e.g Power BI, Celonis About You: You\'re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
