Job Description

Job Summary Assists the finance and accounting department with payment and tracking of bills and reconciling conflicts. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

• Processing Invoices and concur claims
• Paying invoices and cash/corporate card claims in accordance with established methods and procedures.
• Fixed asset capitalization and Depreciation
• Month end closing activities and reporting's
• Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills.
• Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions.
• Supporting audit queries and adhoc reporting tasks.
