As an AP Team Lead in the FMCG SSC industry, you will oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with financial policies. This role requires strong leadership and technical accounting expertise to drive operational excellence in the department.

• Manage the end to end process of accounts payable & T&E team and oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Implement and maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements related to accounts payable transactions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of performance and growth.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist with audits as required.

A successful AP Team Lead should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or a similar function within the SSC industry.
• Mandarin Speaker (to support the China Market)
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication (Must Have) abilities to manage a team effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
