Accounts Payable Executive / Senior Accounts Payable Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Manage

full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP)

including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing in a timely and accurate manner. Perform

high-volume and precise data entry

to maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records. Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies with vendors promptly. Assist the

Head of Accounts Department

in monitoring AP aging, preparing analysis reports, and supporting strategic initiatives. Work closely with the

Accounts Receivable (AR) team

to ensure smooth cash flow coordination. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal postings, accruals, and reconciliation of ledgers. Ensure compliance with

E-Invoice

requirements and

SST regulations

(knowledge is an advantage). Prepare supporting documents for audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with company policies. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the finance team.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

3-5 years of AP experience

, preferably in the

manufacturing industry

. Strong

data entry skills

with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of

E-Invoice

and

SST

is an added advantage. Familiarity with AR processes and willingness to provide support when required. Proficiency in accounting software (Auto Count systems preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
