Accounts Payable Executive (fresh Graduates Are Welcomed)

Job Description
- Maintain Group\xe2\x80\x99s suppliers\' registration process
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation, allocate, and post supplier invoice transactions to appropriate cost centres
- Obtain relevant approvals and prepare AP payments
- Reconciliation of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s bank, credit card and petty cash transactions
- Assist in preparation of actual and forecast cash flow reports
- Prepare financial reporting by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
- Assist to furnish supporting to for audit and tax purposes
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- A Degree in Accounting/ Professional Qualification
- You are a proficient user with MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You are comfortable to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
