-Review and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
-Generate and process payment as necessary.
-Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
-Execute accounts reconciliation.
-Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.
-Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
-Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
-Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned.Required skills and experience
-Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
-Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organised and meticulous
-A team player who can also work independently
-Preference for candidates who are available for a 6-month internshipQualifications
-Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.We offer
