Position : Accounts Payable Associate, Mandarin & Japanese Speaker

Company Industry : Medical Technology

Working Hours : Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30 PM

Working Location : Avenue 7, Bangsar South, No 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic salary (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits

Start Date : ASAP

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management

• 1-3 working experience in account payable, P2P

• Experience in shared services environment preferable but not mandatory.

• Excellent English, Mandarin & Japanese communication skills to support the assigned country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a professional and consistent service to customers. Support in resolving Local Country inquiries for the PTP function.

• Perform the various tasks related to, and established for, handling invoice and T&E transaction processing within well-defined guidelines, including resolving basic queries and investigations in a timely manner in the area of PTP.

• Carry out AP closing activities accurately including preparing and analyse BS reconciliation reports within specified timescales. Prepares and produces monthly reports as assigned; identifies long outstanding items reflected in the accounts.

• Generate and compile KPI metrics related to PTP and T&E function at month end.

• Ensure compliance to key controls defined in MAPS and RACM, and in line with the Smith & Nephew Finance Manual.

• Log issues on CAPA in a timely manner.

• Update SOP in a timely manner, taking into account changes in process.

• Support Senior Associate or Team Lead when there are any ad hoc activities or project.

• Participate in peer to peer reviews for compliance.
