Job Description


KEY FUNCTIONS: * Manage the invoices uploading for key customers.

  • Responsible for the daily accounting functions, including cash application, CMR/DMR and non-trade invoice.
  • Work closely with credit manager for remittance details, billing, unclaimed property.
  • Perform month end closing activities.
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation for those accounts under ARs ownership.
  • Prepare weekly AR / Credit Metrics Report
  • Preparation of interim & year-end EY audit schedules. Being a key contact for internal / external reporting & audit
  • Participate in project assignments and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
  • Fresh Graduate / 1 - 2 years of related working experience
  • Good spoken & written in English. Able to speak or write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment.
  • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and able to work under tight deadlines.
