Job Description


We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage the AR Credit Risk, Collection and Trade Spent portfolio for Thailand entity. This role will mainly run the Accounts Receivable activities, support the continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to projects as well as involve in the back-up of operational tasks within the Accounts Receivable team. This role must be able to read and write in English & Thai

Job Requirement
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification from a recognized university
Internal Financing & Reporting Standard (IFRS)
At least 1-2 years of experience in the finance function.
Knowledge of finance applications and processes and exposure to SAP & credit management tool
Shared service experience is an added advantage

Vacancy Description

Run Accounts Receivable processes in line with company policies and financial strategy
Perform credit assessment for new and existing customer.
Evaluate customer risk category.
Provide advice in handling credit profiles (limits, payment guarantees, etc.) Provide credit limit proposal for new and existing customer to OPCO.
Provide recommendation to OPCO for an additional financial security for new or existing customer.
Analyze the debtors\' outstanding items on skipped or partial payments, or customer errors.
Perform collection call and e-mail to customers and set reminders on the next payment due date.
Execution and management of end to end processes of Accounts Receivable trade spend, billing, settlement, balance sheet and clearing (claim/GL) activities, in line with corporate policies, guidelines and SLAs with OPCO.
Implementation of policies regarding AR trade spends activities.
Projects and continuous improvement : Contribute to the development and implementation of changes in the AR process.
Participate in projects to improve AR processes by technologies or quality improvements.
