Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Account Receivable Team Lead - (AR) (Cash App)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor Account Receivable team
• Manage and lead a team of around 10 people
• To manage and process customer remittances advices
• To timely investigate payment related queries
• To investigate and resolve un-allocated & un-applied receipts; and contact customer if required
• To execute direct debit, refund, intercompany bacthes as required by collection treatment plans
• To post invoice and bank interfaces to ERP
• To ensure timely, qualitative and efficient processing of bank receipts, checks and cash transfer
• To guarantee effective allocation of payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer invoices
• To control credit exposure and ageing balances for cash accounts
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders on relevant issues.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with local business
• Ensure compliance in operational AR control metrics
• Lead / Participate in Process improvement initiatives
• Review team performance on a monthly basis

Main Requirements

• At least 6 years of AR experience, with prior experience in leading a small team being advantageous
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Experience working in a shared service centre (SSC) or International MNC will be great
