Job Description
Location: Bangsar South
s:
- Support AR/Order to Cash activities including sales processing, returned product, sales recognition, Accounts Receivable.
- Update customer\'s bank account information in system.
- Prepare daily sales and receivable reconciliation and send to stakeholders.
- Perform accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting.
- Liaise with Affiliate to ensure smooth closing of daily and month end operations.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.
- Studying finance/accounting related degree
- Working experiences in accounting/shared services
