Job Responsibility Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables data Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivables Facilitate payment of invoices due by generating and sending SOA and follow-up on collections with Sales Department or Credit Control Department or customers Handle export shipping documentation for timely submission to the bank Maintaining accounts receivable files and records in order, well-kept and accessible by the management Perform bank reconciliation Prepare SST report for the Royal Malaysian Customs Department Prepare monthly report for the Department of Statistics Malaysia Assist in other area and perform as a backup within the department as and when required Others matters as instructed by superior from time to time Job Requirements Possess LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates or 1 year working experience are encouraged to apply. Computer literate in MS Excel and Words, familiar with SAP Business One application is an added advantage. Experience of working in a Manufacturing Company is an added advantage Proficiency in English with good communication skills (written and verbal). Work independently with minimum supervision. Accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work under tight timelines, responsible and accountable attitude is highly valued. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles are required.
